Flooded betteries are still the most commonly used betteries for any large solar systems and the technology has continued to improve. Enersun betteries feature a tubular positive plate construction to improve performance and a large "top-of-plate" electrolyte reservoir to reduce the effects of temperature and minimise maintenance requirements. Engineered for rugged operation, these batteries have a design life of up 15 years. The batteries come with a fully equipped maintenance kit.

Crown batteris are durable and reliable in deepp cycle applications. They use approximately 10% more lead for betteries within their range than many of their competitors, giving them better performance and longer life.
